The phone they shipped to me was as represented. The battery was a little soft but still functional at 86%. I went to the Apple Store to replace the battery and the phone failed the functionality test that Apple does after a battery replacement. Panega offered me a full refund but of course I would lose out on the cost of the new battery replacement.
