Seller has listing but has no product, what is wrong with that? I am needing a product for a customer, they list, but have nothing to sell....ugh!!!!!

The device arrived nine days after purchase and I discovered the front facing speaker was not fully functional, however everything else was as advertised therefore I opted to avoid the solution process as I've already invested too much time and resources into it.

PLEASE READ! I am extremely disappointed with this seller I ordered an iphone 7 plus 256 gb in rose gold on Friday May 15th, and almost a week later on Thursday I still hadn't been updated on the shipping, so I commented wondering when it would be shipped. They responded saying that there was a glitch in the system and that my order could not be retrieved and processed, so they refunded my money. I am concerned that if I didn't reach out, they would have never refunded me since I didn't get a refund until I asked when it would be shipped. I am still confused how I was able to purchase the listing and pay them hundreds of dollars, just so apparently they can't sell it to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS VERY SKETCHY update: they said that their inventory had an issue, maybe ask the seller if it's actually in stock(ridiculous)

I ordered one iPhone X and decided to order another one for my mom a week later. We've been using them iPhones for 6 months now. They're working great. Awesome seller. Sorry I didn't complete the sale earlier! :-)
