Sloppy business practices and terrible customer service...I messaged the seller immediately after the transaction was paid that paypal didn't let me select my work address for shipping and it took several requests throughout the whole day to reverse the sale and then Pangea forgot to set the phone's status back to active and then ended up selling the phone out from under me.

Just what I needed.
