Received no information/no contact after submitting PayPal payment until I initiated contact 4 days later to find out why it hadn’t even shipped. Apparently there was an issue with the first PayPal payment attempt , so they never processed the sale...even after the successful second payment. However, phone arrived in better than expected shape, in better than expected packaging, even a new charger that I didnt know was coming. I’m overlooking the weirdness with the payment because the rest of the sale was great, although I was a bit nervous for a bit.
