Device shipped and arrived quickly, packaging was minimal but device arrived with no apparent transit damage. Unfortunately there was a scratch on the screen that was not noticed by the seller. Left a comment and the seller responded incredibly quickly and after discussing the scratch, issued a partial refund and I kept the phone since the scratch could be mostly hidden by a screen protector.

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during those times will be shipped the next business day.
Return & Refund Policies
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no locks (iCloud, Find My iPhone, or Google account) remaining on the device.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
Orders placed with an incorrect address that need to be canceled will incur a 4.5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment, a 4.5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
All sales are considered final and binding.
