Phone has a cracked across the screen. Not sure if it happened during shipping or what. I didn't see any cracks on the photos. Not sure what happens now but I had to hook it up so I could run my business. Besides that my experience was good, phone actually came on time. Impressive.

Return & Refund Policies
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no locks (iCloud, Find My iPhone, or Google account) remaining on the device.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
Orders placed with an incorrect address that need to be canceled will incur a 4.5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment, a 4.5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
