Item was delivered fast and as in stated condition which was brand new.
Fast shipping and phone in great condition. Though it was unlocked, I needed to go to a physical Verizon store to get a physical sim card as the eSim activation wouldn't work on a different network from the original (Xfinity).

Absolutely awful experience! I was sold a phone that has an issue with Face ID, and I uploaded three images clearly indicating this fact. Unfortunately, the seller cannot reproduce what must be an intermittent issue and is denying my refund and making rude comments such as "just crying buyers' remorse" and "By opening a PayPal case you forfeited a refund when we present our case to PayPal". Buyer beware!

Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
