Product was same product in the pictures. Necessary information is provided. Only problem is I didn't see any note about the stylus damage but the tip of stylus is damaged. Sometimes when you are drawing something precisely, it creates unintended lines. I would have liked to get information about it. Other than that everything was good.

Phone arrived in advertised condition and worked for 4+ months before the digitizer suddenly went out overnight. G8's seem to be a dud for me, two acted up within 6 months. Moving on to a different brand.

Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
