The phone’s outside and inner features are near new. The only problem is the call volume is not too loud unless I pushed the volume button up or used the speaker. I tested calling 2 of my friends and my phone carrier. I'm ok with it since I use the speaker most of the time when making calls. Otherwise it's a good phone for the price and the seller was prompt in replying and sending the item.
The scratches are more visible in person,but the 25 watt charger made up for it :)

Return & Refund Policies
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no locks (iCloud, Find My iPhone, or Google account) remaining on the device.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
Orders placed with an incorrect address that need to be canceled will incur a 4.5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment, a 4.5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
