The phone is in great condition, personally I think the seller sold themself short by calling it "good."
Edited: Upon receiving the phone I realized it was carrier locked to Verizon. The seller didn't really know why this occurred, but in the end reimbursed me for an unlocking service. So in the end the seller made sure I had a good experience.
Phone didn't work, seller issued refund and return shipping promptly
This was an erroneous listing caught by the seller before the sale completed. The seller identified the error and refunded my money within a few hours.

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during those times will be shipped the next business day.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
All sales are final and binding once completed.
