I have evidence of the opening of the phone, should an issue come up in the future. But I am very happy with what I've received and I don't believe that will be happening! Now to get a good case...
I was given this site to try by someone who used it before. I was looking for an iPhone 12 but there weren’t any available. They had an iPhone 13 for a reasonable price. So I bought one. The process was very easy to use and the phone was delivered to me in approximately a week. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
Very sad to say I purchased a $200 phone that lasted 36 days. Please be aware that they offer a 30 day warranty…not 90 days or 1 year like most other sellers. Also do not believe that they want happy returning customers, because I was turned down for even a partial refund. I am 67 years old and cannot afford to pay $200 a month for a phone. Buyer beware…after 30 days you have no recourse or support from the company. Actually my own fault for not realizing the poor warranty.

Phone was a bit more scratched then I thought it would be. But works fine. Just be careful ordering if you need the phone quickly. Shipping was not as described it took ages.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
