Did not ship out within 2 business days. Phone was sold as Mint condition but had noticeable scratches on the back. But overall the phone works fine.

Product appears to work and look as described. Would not recommend relying on expedited shipping; ours took over a week to get to us after purchase, and despite the seller refunding the cost of faster shipping, we would not have purchased had we know it would take as long.

Received phone and it started glitching after 3 days of using it. Global Gadgets worked with me to exchange the phone for one that worked.
Typical big company…claims that device is Mint, in pristine condition. I receive the iPhone and has scratches on the screen and on the back. You are better off buying from an individual, they are usually much more honest. I would not buy from this company again.

Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
