Exterior condition was just as described. However, wrong phone was shipped to me the 1st time. Then, phone had a glitch. Took it to AT&T store 4 days in a row. The last time they said there was nothing else they could do. Returned phone. Seller advertises that they issue refunds in 24 hours. After having confirmed seller received the return, sending 2 emails to seller and 1 email to Swappa and waiting 7 days total (way past the "24 hours"), finally had to go through Paypal to get the refund.

Nice phone, but if you are in a hurry for your phone be warned. The shipping system seems random. They take bins to the post office and I am told they slowly bleed into the mail system. My phone info was received by USPS on a Monday but did not leave Philly until Friday. Although I did get in in Ohio on Saturday.

I've only had the phone for 2 days, but so far so good. It was in better condition that I expected. There was only 1 very small dent on the back of the phone.

The charger that came with my phone did not work. I tried contacting the seller through the Swappa site three times with no response, then contacted Swappa and had a response from the seller the same day. I received a charger that works from the seller now so consider the sale complete.

Phone is in great condition, worked as soon as I put my SIM card in. I noticed sometimes I lose all service in areas I have not normally lost service in before. Some of the people I've been on the phone with tell me I cut out, even when I'm in large metro areas where that shouldn't be happening. This doesn't happen too often, but I worry it could happen on important job-related phone calls. Other than this one issue, it's awesome.

Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery.
