I got my device and it was packaged well and brand new as listed. Initial usage was good and then it started acting glitchy. As of today (9/7/2017) after a few weeks of use, the phone won't come out of sleep mode when pressing the home button. The screen stayed dark. After trying a phone reset, the device does not turn on at all. The phones may be unopened, but it doesn't mean they're necessarily a good product.

The phone took 19 days to be delivered. It wasn't the company's fault because USPS lost the phone. They helped me with the situation right away once I alerted them and offered expedited shipping to make up for the fact. The customer service was fabulous.
Phone was gold instead of white, but at this point it's unfeasible for me to send it back and get what I actually ordered (even though I specifically wanted white and paid more for it). God forbid shipping gets messed up again, I can't go another 3 weeks without any sort of phone.

We had to return the original device that was sent to us because the % battery indicator would fluctuate erratically. They responded to our concerns quickly and the return process was easy. We returned the device and they promptly shipped a new device that was great. But the seller would not pay for the return postage even though the device was defective. Their return policy states that they would pay for the return postage if there was "an error by IAW". Even though they would not pay for the return postage I am still giving the a positive review because of their quick response to our concerns and getting another device out to us so quickly.
