Ordered matte black and received jet black. Phone was listed as mint but has a deep scratch right through the apple logo. Some light scratches on the screen and bezel. Good condition, sure, but not mint.
The phone cost was great. However it took five days to deliver. I'm happy with the purchase but I wish it arrived sooner.
We got the phones in a timely manner, but we ordered black phones, but got white. We kept them anyway. All worked great.
Phone arrived securely in several layers of protection. Unfortunately, the battery in the phone would not keep a charge more than a few hours. Jim accepted the return and sent a replacement phone within a day of receiving old phone. Replacement phone was also packed securely. Good customer service turned a "thumbs down" into a "neutral". If first phone had been as described, would've been a positive rating.
The phone is like new. I am very pleased. I had a small issue in that the charging cable would not go into the phone. I received the new replacement cable today and it works. Thank you so much!!
This item was not new. The device had been updated to the latest Android OS available. This was not disclosed in the description. I will not ever buy from this seller again.
