Sale process easy.
It was extremely confusing working with this seller. It took several days to get the shipping information for the phone. They said it would arrive by fedex ground requiring a signature. I first got shipping info from USPS and then later from Fedex. The package arrived and we found it on our door step without a signature. The phone was basically what they said it was. But it wasn't packaged well. It came with cheap plastic protectors on the outside and a phone charger that doesn't work. Not even a fast charger. I won't buy from them again.

Showed up when I expected. Waited for daughter to finish courses then activated. Phone is having issues. Have been playing email tag as seller says he can call us and walk us through a fix. Giving seller the benefit of the doubt for one more week.
Brought two phones one was OK the other the back started falling off and the screen went black within two weeks. I Took the phone in for repair, the repair was more than I paid for the phone. They said the phone was not repaired correctly before I bought it. Beware!
Phone was mint, just like it stated on the listing.
Mint condition with no sign of usage. For accessories (even usable charger) please talk to seller before hand. I requested original accessories and had to pay few extra $$. Thanks.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
