Phone was packaged well, arrived in a timely manner and was almost like brand new.

Great fast shipping and just as decribed

The phone itself arrived and looked great. Appearance was mint but the front facing camera would not work. Discovered as I was trying to setup face recognition or IRIS recognition. Hardware tests revealed it was a hardware issue. Contacted seller and didn't get a warm fuzzy about RMA and return process. Did say the phone was not a refurb. Said he would send me a label to send it back to samsung and get it replaced. Contacted Samsung since it's still under warranty went through UbreakiFix at Samsungs instruction to reveal I had to send it back to Samsung for repair or replacement. It might work out fine but it will be about 2-3 weeks after receipt of phone that I would find out. So ya, I'm annoyed to say the least

What you see is not what you get. My LG phone came with a Samsung charger and the phone would say to use the original charger for the phone until I bought an OEM LG charger. Read the fine print. Other than that, the phone works fine at this date, so overall positive rating.

Shipped quickly, works fine. Cable to charge that came with it needs to be baby'd to work properly.

I received the phone in mint condition as described and the phone works great. This was a birthday present for my son and he loves it. I am thinking of purchasing another one for myself.
