I was disappointed as the phone was in "good" condition meaning some light scratches but in this case the whole top of the home button was worn through and of course the photos for the listing weren't of the phone I got which was black and not gold as depicted. Bummed, my first bad experience here.

Did not like that the phone was flashed with a custom rom, which was nowhere advertised in the listing. When I had updated my phone it crashed and would keep restarting in an endless loop. Had to restore back to original rom in order for phone to work. Big hassle. But the phone itself is in excellent condition and shipping was quick within 2-3 days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery.
