I received the phone quickly and as described in the ad. No complaints, will by from It's All Wireless again.
I purchased a phone from this seller on December 7 as a Christmas present for my brother. Once he started using it, he realized that the GPS was not working properly. They allowed us to return it and sent a new phone. The new phone immediately did not work with the fingerprint scanning. We sent it back and asked for a refund on February 2. They finally refunded by card on February 21st with us having to ask multiple times and didn't even refund the full total. FYI I bought the "mint" condition phone.

Everything went very smooth. The shipping was a week long. I ordered on Friday evening and it arrived the following Friday. The phone arrived as described and has been working great for a day. I'll see how today goes as it will be the first day with a fully charged battery. If you don't see any updates, everything is working as expected.

The seller described the phone as the resale phone in the mint condition and in the brand new box, but it doesnt seem like that. The box is old. The phone looks like refurbished

Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
