Good Fast and good condition. Very Happy
Waited 2 weeks for device after not receiving correct order. Phone was listed in mint condition but device arrived with many scratches on the screen and the neither the charging plug or cord provided worked.
Very well packaged. Received as described.
It's a nice phone but had more scratches than I could see in the photos posted online.
Ordered the iPhone 8 in gray and received it in silver. Asked if they had a gray one in stock and did not receive an answer. Emailed them again and asked for a refund and they still have not responded. Don’t trust this seller. Bad first experience using swappa.
The phone looked great when we received it unfortunately it ended up not working with AT&T but we were able to send it back for almost a full refund.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge and it was shipped using USPS, however I never received the phone. I reached out to the seller asking for a refund because I paid quite a bit of money for it, however he wasn't willing to comply so now I am at a great loss because the seller doesn't value their customers. I wouldn't purchase from this seller again and neither should you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
