The product looks pristine and functional. It matches the "mint" condition as advertised. I successfully connected it to a MVNO carrier. I would have liked an quick email to inform my about the shipping and expected arrival date from the seller shortly after the purchase. I needed to contact the seller after 24 hours of the purchase to obtain the info The email reply was fast, though So the seller is very responsive. The delivery took about 3 shipping days which is good. So, I really have nothing against this seller. Everything matches what was described on Swappa. I would buy from this seller again.

The phone arrived within a few days of ordering. Even though I bought one listed as 'Good condition', my phone was, as far as I could tell, in mint condition! Very pleased with the transaction from start to finish.

Phone seems to be ok it came as described. Very disappointed with the LACK of communication. Tried to give them an extra $30 for all the accessories but nobody answered my phone call or email. oh well guess they lost out on money. The phone also said that it came with a charger but I guess they lied about that too because I received no charger. Would not buy from them again.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
