Purchased a phone advertised as fully unlocked, but it turned out to be carrier-blocked at the IMEI level and unusable on T-Mobile network. It took many hours of troubleshooting to figure out the problem and the seller initially denied the issue and provided irrelevant “compatibility check” screenshots instead of performing a proper IMEI status check. To add to the frustration, the seller either wasn't reading my emails or was ignoring the details I provided, each time only responding with generic troubleshooting tips (which I had explicitly ruled-out already). Because I received a network-blocked phone and the seller would not engage in straight-forward communication, I would not recommend them.

Free 2-3 day shipping via USPS Priority Mail
(We are happy to ship to any Commercial/Residential properties. Government properties such as Institutions/Bases are unable to be completed and will result in cancellation)
Upgraded Shipping Options:
Communicate the request for updated shipping through messages and send reflected amount through your payment provider to complete the request (PayPal/Stripe) prior to shipping. Will verify funds and upgrade shipment. We ship Monday - Friday with a daily shipment guarantee till 2PM (Saturdays 11AM) MST (ships the following day if ordered after hours).
