The item listed as "good" condition. I was expecting some signs of wear. But this phone had many signs of wear on the body of the phone (mostly discoloring and light scratches, no dents). The phone wasn't cleaned by the top or bottom speakers either. When the customer saw the phone, he wasn't too excited for it. Especially after he removed the screen protector... it showed many more LIGHT scratches on the screen (there was a deep scratch on the top left corner of the phone that made him think it was a crack, so he wanted to check).
The photos in the listing are extremely deceiving to be honest. They have you expecting a much better condition phone. Despite all that, the phone worked well with no issues. And after placing another screen protector and a defender style case on the phone, the customer said he's fine with the phone. Somewhat reluctantly... All's well that ends well I suppose.

(We are happy to ship to any Commercial/Residential properties. Government properties such as Institutions/Bases are unable to be completed and will result in cancellation)
Upgraded Shipping Options:
Communicate the request for updated shipping through messages and send reflected amount through your payment provider to complete the request (PayPal/Stripe) prior to shipping. Will verify funds and upgrade shipment. We ship Monday - Friday with a daily shipment guarantee till 2PM (Saturdays 11AM) MST (ships the following day if ordered after hours).
