Overall great phone. Condition isnt as mint as expected. Raised screen corners indicate the screen was replaced at some point. S pen tip does not work. Some chassis scuffs and scratches. Very good condition would probably be more appropriate.
Had an issue with my purchase, but the seller kept good communication and offered various options to fix and help with the inconvenience.

The phone I received was listed as factory unlocked but was actually carrier-locked and unusable with my network. The seller initially gave unhelpful troubleshooting advice and tried to shift responsibility instead of addressing the mistake. There seems to be a lack of checks to ensure the correct device is shipped. It took multiple messages and Swappa staff intervention before they finally provided a return label and refund. I would be cautious about using this seller for future purchases.

Upgraded Shipping Options:
Communicate the request for updated shipping through messages and send reflected amount through your payment provider to complete the request (PayPal/Stripe) prior to shipping. Will verify funds and upgrade shipment. We ship Monday - Friday with a daily shipment guarantee till 2PM (Saturdays 11AM) MST (ships the following day if ordered after hours).
