Shipping: extremely prompt; I purchased in the middle of the night and it was posted the next day.
Communication: Simon responded quickly to comments and installed exactly what I asked for before shipping.
Device itself was as described, I can't find any cosmetic issue with it. Included case, applied screen protector, and spare battery (nice!). The only possible problem is that the phone's LED might not be working, though I'm not actually sure -- I wasn't able to get it to turn on but it might be a software issue.
