This was a very disappointing experience for me. The phone itself works fine, but the seller was not honest about what they were selling. I paid the full amount thinking the phone was completely paid off, but I later found out that it was a financed phone. That was never mentioned in the listing, and I would not have bought it if I had known. The seller gave confusing stories that did not make sense, and the whole process became stressful and tiring.

After I returned the phone, I waited for weeks before getting my refund. I only received it after contacting PayPal to step in. I followed every rule and did everything correctly, yet I was left waiting with no clear communication. It is very unfair to treat buyers like this. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this seller because the experience was full of lies, delays, and frustration. Avoid this seller if you want peace of mind and honesty in your purchase.
