4 1/2 stars. Phone packaged carefully, shipped quickly. Came with OtterBox and extra battery. Seems to be working fine. It is not mint as advertised, however it is cosmetically in excellent condition. (Only mint is mint.) I would give 4 1/2 stars if possible - 1/2 star taken away because the phone is not quite "mint". Overall, pleased with sale so far.
