The iPhone 5 can just as promised! Looks good, no scratches or really any visible damage. It arrived a day later than expected, but that was the post service and not the seller.

Pretty satisfied, received the device as seller described at 2nd day. Although it is Verizon preset I still need purchase a microSIM card to activate the cell, just think that seller's 7 day return policy is pretty tough, but overall it is a good buy. Thanks!

Poor service from the seller. I was shipped two defective phones: first, one that barely turned on, and then one with defective ear speakers and headphone connection. Turnaround was extremely slow and it took over three months from the first check in with the seller to the final issue of a refund for the 2nd replacement phone. The third phone seems to be working so far.

Seller shipped phone quickly and without issue. I am giving 4 stars because the device was listed as "BRAND NEW/MINT CONDITION", but it appears to be an Asurion refurbished phone. While the phone is indeed in mint condition and works great, I feel it is better described as "like new" than "brand new". Despite this, I would do business with the seller again.

Had great customer service from seller and quick response since I had to return the device and got a full refund, fast shipping too.

However, I have to remove 2 star for the following reason: Device was not in mint condition as advertised. Had heavy use, noted by the dirty headphone and charging ports. Additionally, the SIM tray notch and mute button were dented. Lastly, phone comes with charger and lightning cable but those are definitely not Apple official (look at the build and logos, etc.) so it poses a safety and long term reliability risk. Conclusion would be to be extra careful in advertising condition and best not to provide accessories unless it is official for safety and reliability risks.

The phone came super new (is that a thing?) I understand t-mobile sends these to Nelda so any problems were not her fault but the sim reader did not work. It cost me $5 but I will replace it anyways as I do not want to wait and waste each other's time. Another con is the power button not feeling very clicky but I'm just picky I guess when it comes to buying phones!

Phone was advertised as 'Good" but when it arrived the battery drained quickly. It was past it's life cycle according to my local Apple store. The seller agreed to replace phone but after returning it the seller sent back my old phone and said they replaced the old battery with a new one. Unfortunately, according to my Apple store the replacement battery was not new but was also old and nearing the end of its life cycle. The seller stated that the battery was new and implied that the Apple store is just trying to sell me a new phone.

Other than that the Seller was a good communicator and quick to send phone I just wish that I recieved one with a better battery because it is such a hassle to replace a battery in a Apple phone.

Initially device was not a tmobile one, seller offered to replace. Process is still ongoing but aside from issue of device, it was in fantastic condition, all accessories in original packaging, device functions in every way out the door. A very minor complaint is that the device was not entirely clean, had someone elses google info on it, but factory data reset took no time, and it was in mint condition.
