There is one issue. The phone was advertised as 32 gig. Verizon says it has 16 based on the serial number. Three stars is based on this unless I find out otherwise.

fast shipping, item was in great condition as described, communication was great smooth transaction. having issue with battery draining very quickly may have to purchase a new one though being this device was supposed to be new i would hope the seller would compliment this sale with a new battery
