I purchased this phone because it was listed as mint, with perfect screen condition. When I received the phone, I immediately noticed it had several large, somewhat deep scratches on the screen. After contacting Terence, he agreed to refund my money right away, which he did after the same day he received the returned phone. He also covered return shipping costs. The only reason I'm not giving this "sale" 5 stars is because the listing was not accurate to begin with and it was a hassle to return the phone and be without a functioning device for that long. I would recommend this seller, but I suggest to future buyers that you ask for detailed pictures to get a good idea of the phone's condition.
