I noticed a small hairline crack on the rear camera lens after receiving phone, Rajesh was very proactive in offering solutions to remediate the problem. He refunded the cost to fix the problem, never avoided my calls or emails, always responded prompted. I highly recommend doing business with him.

The MacBook Pro arrived just as described very quickly once shipped. The seller communicated well through swappa and by text. I'm very happy with my purchase and it even came with a bonus keyboard protector.

UPDATE: After working with the laptop for several weeks, I've discovered problems and changes to the original equipment that were not made known in the sale listing. The Macbook hard drive was changed from the original 750gb hard drive to a low cost 240gb solid state hard drive. This change wouldn't be a problem if it didn't cause issues with the SATA connection. I've had nothing but issues with this solid state drive not connecting on boot up. After extensive trouble shooting, I've isolated the issue to the SATA connector that connects the hard drive to the computer. Solid state hard drives will not work reliably with this macbook without replacing the SATA connector cable. As of now, the Macbook is working with a rotational hard drive and the solid state drive was taken out.

iPhone ordered was not usable. Proximity sensor and earpiece was not working. iPhone constantly restarted itself. Thankful I was able to return item. But it's unfortunate I had to waste my time having to create a claim through PayPal for a refund and having to pay for shipping to return the iPhone. All phones should be properly checked before being sold. This phone was not checked correctly.

Buyer beware! Blacklisted device!!!!

I purchased a sealed iPhone 8 in Dec and everything was great. 2 months later the phone is blocked from service due to delinquent EIP payments. Seller tried to blame me for attempting to unlock the phone (I never made any attempts to unlock phone). Tried to resolve issue twice to no avail. Phone is now blacklisted. YMMV.
