Product arrived and did not work properly. The business said they would refund a partial amount to have the product fixed but did not send the refund. I later asked to return the product for a full refund. It took 26 days for the business to rectify the situation. I appreciate the refund but am not pleased with the customer service.

I received the item as described and at a decent speed. Forvthe cost if the item, I was a bit surprised that the outer packaging was not very secure. It arrived in an extremely dented box with the packing tape coming off the top leaving it gaping open. The computer itself seems okay at least I hope so.

Came quickly and works perfectly. Practically brand new Airpods.

It arrived perfectly safe and in pristine condition, and I am super excited. The mic is a little muffled, but aside from that, the clarity while listening and cleanliness of the case and pods themselves are perfect! While also including the Apple Care Insurance Protection!!! 10/10, I would recommend this seller!
