Assisted in resetting, item came in condition as described and FASTER than amazon prime could get a refurbished pair here (came in about a day and a half). This is probably due to my close proximity to the seller, but if this is the quality of item and service they provide, I will 100% be purchasing again. I had previously purchased two counterfeit pairs off of Ebay, so I appreciate Swappa and the seller for only listing authentic, validated products.
