Seller didn't get the item out in a timely fashion, but that was due to not receiving an email that the item was sold. The seller did make up for it by taking a percentage of the cost of the item off to make up for the delay in processing. The seller seemed like he wanted to make it right.

Seller never responded to sale forcing a PayPal dispute.

Phone arrived very quickly, in good condition. The screen had a few more scratches on it than how it looked in the pictures, but definitely not a deal breaker and isn't even noticeable after putting the case on!

First the bad, no communication what so ever, item was not sent out until a week after receiving payment, and was only sent out after I had made a comment inquiring if the tablet had been sent; so I docked one star. In addition, the item was not as described, "new sealed in box," the seal was broken and it look liked a dog had gotten into the item as there was dog hair in the box and dried slobber water marks on the plastic covering the tablet; so I docked another star.
As for the good, once the tablet was sent out, it came fast in two days. Also, the price was too good to pass up.
Overall I am happy with the purchase, and if the person had contacted me with any problems I would have been understanding, but with no communication I feel the rating I am giving is fair.
