Seller is a liar and should be banned from selling. Sold me a phone and said it was paid off and would never get blacklisted. 3 months later, it's blocked. Shipped it back and still no refund. Avoid this scammer!

Seller advertised a new device. Instead got a used device with scratches on the screen. The IMEI of the device in the listing DID NOT MATCH THE IMEI OF THE DEVICE I RECEIVED. Seller was unreasonable and I had to resort to filing a claim through Paypal to get my refund.

He sold me resale iphone 7 black. And after 4 months told me to return back because he owed money for the financed phone(the one he sold me). His previos name was MAZZARI on swappa.. BIG TIME SCAMMER!!

Phone ended up being not paid off fully by T-Mobile so it ended up being blocked. I am giving the seller 3 stars because he has been really cooperative and willing to work through this, I just do not appreciate saying this phone is paid off and all when it was not. Going through all this process is such a hassle and I hope the seller learns from this experience going on forward.

Received he phone as stated. Seller does not have the best customer service as in response time is slow. Shipping was delayed by a day. I was promised same day shipping out the Item. Didn't get shipped till Monday. I had to gift it to someone.
