Sprint would not activate the device due to the device being on a MVNO and prepaid. They seemed confused about the phone and said they'd have to send it in for someone to look at. I'm not 100% sure what we're going to do with the phone. I have to do more research to see if I can get the phone in a condition so Sprint will activate it. As of now, it was a waste of money.
