I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have experienced with the phone that I purchased from your store. I recently bought the phone, but unfortunately, my friends and family are unable to hear me when I make calls. Consequently, I visited your store to have it fixed, the charger was $500. I find this amount to be exorbitant and beyond my means and I can’t pay for it. Also the Apple Store said there’s something wrong with the camera. I would like to request that you take action on this matter and offer a feasible solution. Thank you for your prompt attention and assistance.

Terrible experience, iphone was listed as mint when I received the device it had scratches all over the screen and back, i end up spending 13$ shipping the device back. Just don’t waste your time, this seller is a joke.
