The delivery time was quick and the phone arrived well wrapped and secured. I didn’t activate the phone right away bc it was a bday gift for my husband. Upon activating a week later, we found that the phone had a defect that caused Face ID not to work. Fortunately the warranty is still active for 3 more weeks, and after 2 trips to the Apple Store, the screen was replaced and the phone is now functioning properly. I chose to give a thumbs up rating bc everything worked out in the long run - but it was a bit frustrating having to go these extra steps to have a fully functional phone according to the sellers description. But the seller apologized for the missed inconvenience and was willing to take the phone back as a return if Apple couldn’t fix the problem by using the phone’s warranty. It all worked out and my husband likes his birthday gift.
