We got the phone a few days ago. We would have rated it sooner, but we weren't sure if the SIM card we got from somewhere else or the phone was preventing us from activating it. So, we got another SIM card and discovered that was the problem. This phone works and looks as described in the ad. Shipping was completed as described. We're happy with our "newish" phone.

The physical condition of the phone is excellent, but it shuts off and restarts randomly. I think you gave me a bad battery. Or maybe the phone itself has a problem.

Phone works great. Charger doesn't work so well, but I had another one so that doesn't matter. I had to call AT&T to help me reset the phone, which was annoying. However, I must say that AT&T had wonderful customer service. Note: To unlock your AT&T phone or tablet so it will work on another carrier’s network, you will need to request an unlock code from AT&T (that was already done & the phone & bills were already paid). Once you receive this code, you will need to follow the unlock instructions provided here for your device. (Google search: iphone 4 how to release phone AT&T itunes) and then you will have instructions how to reset your device b/c it isn't AT&T causing the problem it is ITunes. Overall I want to say that this was a positive experience and I would recommend using both Jeremy and Swappa. My sister is very pleased with her new phone.
