I recieved the phone fairly fast but it didnt come with a charger.

Seller was repsonsive, quick shipping and the phone was in excellent condition. Was able to activate easily with my old sim card on verizon.

The phone looks as if it is great condition. Seems to be working properly although we have only had it for 1 day. I was a little disappointed with the way it was packaged. Seemed as if it was put in a box loose and then shipped but so far I do not see any damage.

Phone was advertised as a Verizon phone. When I received it, I took it to a Verizon store for a Sim card. After 2 attempts with 2 different Sim cards, the Verizon tech realized that it was not a Verizon phone. Contacted seller and he refunded the cost of the phone once I paid out of my pocket for shipping costs to return. So good communication and addressing problems, etc. Just wrong carrier. So I potentially lost acquiring a phone from other sellers while all this was going on.

phone arrived in timely fashion but had after market screen replacement I noticed immediately by light coming out between side frame and display touch seemed to work fine but no sound out earpiece while on calls..I normally would have discussed refund but im on new job so dont have time to go through process so heres reason for 1star rating!! Please list issues before selling next time!!!

shipped loose in a large envelope, free to bounce around. Missing charge port cover port, as shown in picture if you knew it was supposed to be there, yet marked as mint. Not pleased with this deception. Phone does work and for $6 worth of parts I will attempt to replace the charge port cover.
