The phone came on time, I received the correct amount of data, and color ordered.
There were minor scratches on the screen, more on the back, and what looked like engraved scratches from a case that was used for long.
The software works flawlessly, there was no evidence of water damage, and the ESN was clear.

My fault for the late feedback. Thought I submitted this earlier. The phone arrived in days and was in great condition. Nit scratches or dents whatsoever. Would use this seller again without hesitation.

Phone did not work. Tried everything possible. Seller did credit me my money but I had to pay for shipping which is not what the Swappa policy states. Seller did not answer me back after several emails regarding the shipping cost. Very bad experience.

iPhone 6+ ear speaker didn't work at all. Seller refunded within 24 hours of receipt of the returned phone, excluding shipping (per sale terms, but ... the phone was defective :( ). 3 stars, per Swappa guidelines: "Sale was not completed successfully, but the seller was reasonably accommodating."

My opinion: YNC-E provides a best-effort attempt to honestly re-sell phones s/he is sourcing in bulk from somewhere, but would rather have the customer verify the received phone and return it at their cost than closely evaluate the phone before listing. YNC-E prices seem to reflect this, so overall I'm not unhappy. Just be aware if you're short of time and/or would rather avoid the hassle and (relatively minor) cost of a return. Seller communication was good, typically < 12 hours for a response.

Doesn't stay charged at all. I unplug it at 100 percent and 15 minutes later it's at 50 percent. Definitely going to try to send back and get my money back. Should be honest when selling.

Phone works great. This transaction finally worked out in the end. It took several weeks though. My order was shipped in super slo-mo and when it finally arrived the brand new (knock off) lightning charger did not work. The seller sent a new one that turned out to be an apple branded charger which was nice.

Sold the FAIR condition iPhone as GOOD. I won't recommend or do the sale again with this seller. Phone sold was full of scratches and dints in both the corners. No proper response when requested for return shipping label and finally raised the dispute with Paypal and received a partial refund of $34 and kept the phone.
