Great phone, great doing business with!

This is my first time using Swappa and something I normally do not do. So, I don't have anything to compare it to. The whole process worked as advertised and the iPhone 6 Plus arrived timely and in the condition described. However, it was not in a box nor did it have a charger. It just came is a bubble wrapped envelope. I am happy with the purchase and still learning the functionality of the phone. The guys at the T-mobile store ported everything over with no problems from my HTC phone. So far so good. UPDATE - Sorry to report that after about 3 weeks of use the screen started freezing up, my listeners said it was hard to hear me at times, and the front mic did not work. It wasn't long before the screen stopped functioning altogether. It became a brick. I called Apple and agreed to take it to a local genius bar. There they told me the antenna, screen, and other components were 3rd party. They could not get it the screen to work. I ended up sending it in and they sent me another phone.

Phone is working great! When I received the phone I had a question that turned out to be a user error on my part but seller replied immediately anyways. Excellent transaction.
