This phone is absolutely terrible. The screen burn in was much worse than described, but that is not the only problem. In the last month of using it, I’ve noticed it is incredibly slow and will sometimes randomly freeze or shut off. I do not use my phone for any heavy things besides taking occasional photos or scrolling through social media, so I’m sure the issues do not come from my use. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!! I have bought from swappa multiple times and this is the only bad experience I’ve had.

The phone had massive screen burn in. The listing said "minor screen burn only visible on light backgrounds" but it was massive, in the middle of the screen, and visible at all times. The seller refunded my money but I still had to pay to ship it back to them.

Screen got white lines to the right about a week after using

Fair price. The tracking number was weird, it didn’t update from the origin point until it was outside my door, but nothing to complain about. When I received the item is when things went downhill. It was packaged in the worst way I can think of. It was crudely taped inside a Manila envelope. The volume rocker was attached to the tape, not the phone. I reattached it just to realize that there was a crack in the screen that wasn’t present in the photos. The phone worked, outside of the crack, it was as described, it had some slight screen burn but that was in the listing. However after about 3 days the phone magically shut off, and now refuses to turn back on....

Phone had some screen burn in, but was advertised as such, so I have no room to complain. Great experience with shipping. Great price for the quality of the phone is in. Really only notice burn in on light backgrounds (use dark mode then!).
