Specifically asked about ghosting issues/screen retention before the sale. Received item and guess what, ghosting issues and screen retention. Not a cheap fix. I took the $10 offered as an apology and am putting that towards the $40-$60 screen repair. In these times I don't have time for mail tag and need the device. Hopefully next time they get this info correct.
