Phone arrived quickly and quality was as described. However I deduct 1 star because the phone was only wrapped with an envelope inside the priority mail box. So the phone was sliding around the box during shipment.

Quick delivery, although there was a very minor crack on the right edge of the screen as well as a few scratches on screen. it is almost near mint, condition should've been "good". But overall satisfied with the seller.

Confirmation and review is long overdue. Phone was received quickly and overall found to be in advertised condition. A slight blemish was noted on the back of the phone where it was placed against the charger in the box without protective wrapping (paint rubbed through). The Phone functions great however and in a solid protective case the blemish is not visible.

The seller shipped quickly but the device was still attached to the previous account. The seller initially refused to refund, indicating that a friend who worked for Sprint verified it was ready for activation. The seller also claimed to have contacted another friend, from whom he bought the phone, having them verify that it was paid off and not attached to an account. I spoke with multiple reps from Sprint who indicated otherwise.

After I posted my conversations with Sprint the seller conceded and offered to refund cost and shipping fees according to Swappa's policy. I offered to uphold the purchase if his friend could deactivate the device but he indicated he wasn't in contact with the previous owner.

After I returned the device, the seller refunded purchase price but not shipping fees. It took several fruitless messages to the seller and eventually contacting PayPal account services before I received a partial refund on shipping.
