I bought this item as new & paid $585 for this phone. But the accessories are included non-genuine, very cheap. USB cable has worked 3 days. Headphones sound very low and low quality. The charger is so easy that I'm am even afraid to connect the phone. This is not a good deal, and a dishonest act.

Fast shipping, but insufficient postage required me to make a trip to the post office to retrieve the package. The seller was very proactive and issued an immediate refund for the remaining postage balance, however, due to the inconvenience, I am issuing a 4 out of 5 star rating.

Sabine was communicative, polite, and shipped very quickly.

Unfortunately, there was a ding on the back of the phone that was not disclosed, and my expectations for a device described as mint is something that is functionally and cosmetically unblemished. Had I known prior to the purchase, I would have either asked for a discount or sought out another buyer.

That being said, I would consider buying from Sabine again, as it isn't easy to find someone with such a well reviewed history.

PS. Swappa's email bot did neither of us a favor by erroneously messaging me that the package had been delivered by USPS. While the USPS site says 'delivered', it is often to a branch, a distribution center, or a driver. Knowing this, I waited another day and the phone arrived as expected.

Buying from Sabine was a very smooth process! Shipped ridiculously quickly (like 2 hours after I bought the phone lol) and the device was just as described when I received it. She was communicative and I felt she was there to answer any questions I may have had. Super satisfied!!
