I revived the phone in great time and wonderful condition.

Although the first phone sent did not work on my network, all was made well with the fantastic customer service. They were not only quick to respond to my messages and try to help me with the original phone, but when the issue could not be resolved they offered to exchange it for another. The transaction, although delayed by the holiday, was as quick as could be. The new phone was received and works just as it should. I didn't give a full 5 stars only because the first phone did not work as it should, but don't believe this to be the fault of the seller. I would buy from this seller again and highly recommend them.

The seller was very attentive when the phone developed a problem. They were wiling to accept a return if we could not get it fixed thru Apple. I just wish the phone never had this problem. But Apple ended up giving us a new phone. So a win win situation I guess.
