Super quick shipping! I was notified that I was going to receive the phone on Tuesday and instead got it on Monday! Super excited since my old phone had a broken screen! Phone came in just as advertised- mint condition.

I'm being generous and giving you 5 stars for your excellent communication and for the great deal. However, the device had some tiny micro scratches that could have been captured. Also, the device could have been packaged better with more protection since it was not cheap. Anyways, these are my two concerns but the phone works great and I'll be keeping it for some time. I would recommend this seller again in the future but make sure to do a better job capturing these stratches and pack the item better in the future.

Prompt shipping and item as described, but Issues with activation arose later which the seller resolved by accepting a return and refunding my payment. Issue may have been a Verizon system fault. Thanks for taking care of the issue and making me whole.

Everything included was described by seller and even came with warranty information. The only reason one star was removed was because although the phone was properly packaged to avoid unwanted movement or potential damage, the included accessories like the glass screen protector were strewn about in the box and not properly fastened down. There was also some cosmetic damage to the included clear case that wasn't mentioned, although the phone itself was in excellent condition.
