Listed as good to excellent condition but after pealing off protective film I couldnt help but instantly notice the couple of scratches or dozens of micro-scratches which covered a majority of the screen. Not what i call good to excellent. 3 days and still waiting for seller to reapond my my initial concern.

The phone came just as described by the seller and I was at first pleased. 21 days after purchase, I began having screen issues that were not described in the description and Apple would not fix the problem because it was previously fixed by a 3rd party site...again not stated. Watch out for hidden problems with these items as they made not be described accurately.

This seller has a history of minimizing issues with devices and he strikes again. Described scratches as "barely noticeable" but they are in fact deep and significant. Disappointing to say the least. I recommend avoiding this seller because you cant be certain what you are going to get.

Seller need to describe phone conditions little better. Seller forgot or didn't mention screen burn-in and posted as "good" with excellent condition, minor wear and tear. Samsung trade in won't even accept phone with burn-in AMOLED screen. Also, Communication wasn't smooth either. When I post comment about issues or confirming return, seller got back to me after or around 24hours later. This was my first purchase from Swappa, and I may not purchase from Swappa again.
