This transaction is actually based on trust that seller is listing the item correctly. So I find it offensive that when the iphone won't activate and informed the seller of the steps I did to try to resolve this issue, the seller keeps using the word 'I claim to..... '. I had multiple calls with carrier and apple support and seller response is always 'I claim to...'. Finally I got fed up and went to an apple genius bar and they showed me that the iphone was locked to MetroPCS w/c is totally different with the seller listing! Swappa did a good job on resolving the issue. I won't buy from this seller again. For all the buyers out there, ask for a picture of the iphone working and showing w/c carrier is showing up on the top left of the phone. Buyer beware.
