Watch I bought was listed as mint, but it had two noticeable scratches along with other minor ones. After asking the seller if I was sent the correct watch, the seller claimed the watch had no scratches when sent. However, after taking a closer look at the sellers photos from the original listing, I was able to point out the two visible scratches that were on the watch. I was not given an explanation for this by the seller after pointing this out. Other than that the watch works as should.

Like new. Seller is extremely responsive and polite. I will totally consider doing business with him again and I would definitely recommend him to other buyers here on Swappa.

Very fast shipping and clean working product. Did not include the charger so the price was around 400 total but all in all a great price and awesome experience. As is noted in other comments the shipping/packaging on the product was minimal to say the least. Thank you!

Item was as described but as another review said, the packaging was poor, it was sent in a document package and the band was bent during shipping. But watch works well no harm done. But recommend seller use better/padded packaging in future.

Seller was responsive to my concerns. The item got scratched during shipping. However, the seller did offer partial refund. It took a while to work out the refund, but the delay was caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. All in all, the seller is good at communication.

Watch is fine but couple of questions I had asked didn't receive accurate response. Seller refunded partially. I expect better at swappa.

Watch is perfect! The packaging was not great resulting in the band being bent on arrival but it bent back so no harm done. Would recommend seller choose a more robust packaging solution for future sales.
